Health Problems and playing

Ok for those who don't realize it dance games can be a very tiring game and one who isn't prepared to sweat or play the game shouldn't. Most games say please consult a doctor before playing because you never know what can happen to certain players. People can get sick or pass out from playing this game and i'v seen it happen so take it seriously when your playing and know your limits with this game because you can end up in the hospital for not being careful with yourself. Keep in mind other problems such as ankle or knee problems can persist over time so make sure to do proper stretches before trying to play the hard stuff so your muscles and limbs are loose and make sure to keep hydrated while playing.
